UK Standard Firm Subscription

We analyse Client Satisfaction, firm-wide, across 15 client criteria (including Value for Money (Billing, Efficiency), Quality of Lawyers; Sector and Industry Knowledge), together with an overall Client Satisfaction rating (based on our proprietary algorithm derived from 7m client data points, worldwide).
You can select comparator firms by multiple criteria (such as size, specialisation, and location).
UK Drill-Down Subscription
Buy this if you also want to compare your firm’s Practice Area performance against competitor firms in those Practice Areas.
In addition to firm-wide scores, we drill-down to Practice Area level for a detailed ‘strengths and weakness’ analysis. This allows an external comparison (how you compare to competitors in those Practice Areas) and an internal comparison (how different departments in your firm compare against each other).
